Nexborne Ltd ("we", "us") is a UK software company, registered in England and Wales, company number 17375877. This policy covers this website and the personal data we handle as a business. Our products have their own privacy policies, linked below, which apply when you use them.
2. This website
This site collects nothing automatically. There are no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies here. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful for dealing with your enquiry and our records.
3. Our products
Each product handles data under its own policy: Helios (heliosmsp.io/privacy) and Helio SEO (helioseo.io/privacy). If you use a product, the product policy is the one that applies to that use.
4. Business records
Where you are a customer, supplier or partner, we hold contact details and billing records to perform our contract with you and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. Card payments for our products are taken and held by Stripe, not by us.
5. Sharing
We use a small number of service providers to run the business: cloud hosting, email, and Stripe for payments. We require them to protect data appropriately, and we do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then for any period required by law, after which it is deleted.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and request portability. Contact us at the address below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
