Built because we needed it
Nothing here started as a pitch. Every product begins as a problem we hit ourselves, running IT for real businesses, and only gets built if it genuinely needs building. For us first, then for you.
About Nexborne
Nexborne is a product company and a working managed service provider, not an agency. We run IT for real businesses, build software that solves the problems we meet doing it, and take on the client builds we actually believe in. The plan is simple and long: keep solving real problems, and keep shipping.
It started with a working managed service provider and a frustration: the platforms built for small IT teams were expensive, bloated and dumb. So we built our own, Helios, and made it genuinely intelligent. We still run IT for businesses today, and every product we ship is tested against that reality.
That turned into something bigger than one product. Nexborne is the home for everything we build next: SaaS platforms, tools, and sites for clients whose work we care about. Each one carries the same standard forward.
How we operate
Nothing here started as a pitch. Every product begins as a problem we hit ourselves, running IT for real businesses, and only gets built if it genuinely needs building. For us first, then for you.
Helios runs our own managed IT clients every day and watches the servers this site is on. If we would not depend on something ourselves, it does not ship. Helios is the proof: a live, paid platform, not a pitch deck.
We build AI-native software when it genuinely does the work of predicting, triaging and healing, not as a badge. The test is whether it saves the customer real time.
One founder moves quickly by design. Small surface area, sharp focus, and a bias for shipping, without letting the craft slip.
The path so far
The AI-native RMM/PSA platform launches commercially and takes on paying MSPs.
The Wynne Evans Show, Vitori and Kerryl Music go live, with HIS 2002 in build alongside the platform work.
Nexborne becomes a partner in Hallows Care, building the platform for its national franchise expansion, and GLPath, our companion app for people on GLP-1 medication, goes into build with real daily users.
Our second SaaS launches: Helio SEO reads a business's website and publishes a high-quality article every single day on the business's own domain, then earns it links through journalist quotes and directory listings. Fully self-serve at helioseo.io, and our own blogs run on it.
Our third SaaS: Helio Posts turns a team's rough notes into on-brand LinkedIn posts with branded imagery, guards the posting rhythm, and publishes nothing without a named human approving it. In development and open for early access at helioposts.com.
More SaaS products and tools in progress, each one started by a problem we hit ourselves. Nexborne is built to keep shipping.
